    How to Install an AI Project Manager in 2 Weeks

    Two weeks is enough to install an AI project manager that actually holds context for a client account. Not enough to boil the ocean, but plenty for a working system. Here is the day-by-day, written for an agency operator, not an engineer.

    What an AI project manager actually does

    Before the install, define the job. An AI project manager holds client context, runs recurring workflows, drafts first passes, tracks deliverables, and hands off to humans when judgment is required. It is a role, not a tool. The role sits between your operators and your AI stack.

    If you skip this definition step, the install fails. Every time.

    Days 1 to 3: pick one client, map the reality

    Day 1. Pick one client account. Not your biggest. Not your smallest. A mid-sized account with a stable scope and a client contact who will forgive a rough first week. This is your pilot.

    Day 13. Measure the pilot. Hours saved per week on the pilot account. Consistency of output. Client satisfaction signal. Write down the numbers. These are your case for expansion.

    Day 14. Plan the second account. Do not roll out to 6 clients at once. Roll to the next 1. Repeat the 14-day loop but faster, because the context spine template is now built.
