    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by Agile Growth Labs, LLC ("AGL", "we", "us"). By using our site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

    1. Services Described

    Agile Growth Labs is a B2B SaaS advisory firm. We offer the following engagement types:

    • AI Revenue Snapshot ($47): A rapid audit that identifies your top revenue leaks and maps AI agent fixes. Delivered within 24 hours of purchase and questionnaire completion.
    • Blueprint: A strategic roadmap that ranks leaks by recoverable revenue and effort, with a phased installation plan.
    • Build Sprint: A 90-day engagement where we install the AI agent stack inside your GTM motion, run sequence tuning, and hand off a documented system.

    Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for Blueprint and Build Sprint engagements are set out in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

    2. Payment Terms

    The AI Revenue Snapshot is a one-time $47 payment processed through Stripe. Blueprint and Build Sprint fees are invoiced according to the SOW. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the SOW or required by law.

    You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Failed payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.

    3. Refund Policy

    The AI Revenue Snapshot comes with a 24-hour delivery guarantee. If we do not deliver your Snapshot report within 24 hours of completed questionnaire submission, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected]. Refund requests must include your order confirmation.

    For Blueprint and Build Sprint engagements, refund terms are governed by the applicable SOW.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Agile Growth Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

    You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables (reports, playbooks, agent configurations) for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display our deliverables without written consent.

    5. Client Responsibilities

    You agree to provide accurate, complete information in questionnaires and during engagements. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activity that occurs under them.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Growth Labs and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services.

    Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, acquisition multiples, or exit timelines. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your product quality, and execution speed.

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

    10. Changes To These Terms

    We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified via email where possible. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
