    How Agile Growth Labs started

    We built this because we needed it.

    We ran our own agency on AI and hit the wall. One person stuck directing agents and re-pasting context all day. So we built a Portable Delivery Intelligence that carries each client's context across the models and tools we already use.

    In 2020, Henry Kraus was co-founder and CRO of JetWebinar. When COVID hit, video demand jumped overnight. JetWebinar was then offered the chance to acquire Business Hangouts, a Google Marketplace product with 2.5M+ users.

    Henry led the buy side of that deal.

    Working that deal changed how Henry saw the game. Two things stuck: what makes a company more valuable while you sell it, and what it really takes to get bought or sold. That is why Henry launched Agile Growth Labs.

    IQ DealFlow, a PE firm that invests in and scales growing AI-enabled companies for bigger exits, retained equity in Agile Growth Labs. We plug Agile Growth Labs AI-enabled systems into IQ DealFlow portfolio companies to make them more profitable.
